1. This version is free
Desk 90 does not currently sell a subscription or any other paid feature. You are not enrolled in a recurring plan with Aigentro. There is no renewal date and no charge to cancel.
If an old page, screenshot, or listing mentions a price, that price is not an offer in this version.
2. We do not take payment details
We do not collect card numbers. We do not bill you through Apple, Google, or any other processor for this version. There is no customer billing portal to open, because there is no paid plan.
3. If a paid plan is offered later
We will update these terms before any charge. A future digital purchase inside the iOS app would be billed by Apple, and you would cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings. A future digital purchase inside the Android app would be billed by Google Play, and you would cancel it in the Play Store subscription screen. We will not require an outside checkout for a digital feature of the mobile app.
Access that you had already paid for would normally continue until the end of that period. Refunds of store purchases follow Apple's or Google's rules. You can also email products.support@aigentro.com and we will point you to the request path that applies.
4. Deleting your account is separate
Deleting your Desk 90 account erases Desk 90 data as described in the Privacy Policy. It is not a billing cancellation, because this version has no subscription.
