2. What the app does
Desk 90 times a 90-second reset: a chin tuck, a chest opener, and a short time on your feet. It can also record a rough desk score on the device. The score is not a diagnosis. The next reset is shown inside the app during the work hours you set. This version does not post system notifications and does not read your calendar.
3. Accounts
Sign in with the email code we send. This version does not offer guest access, or Google or Apple social sign-in.
There is nothing to restore, because this version does not sell a purchase.
4. Export and deletion
Settings → Export my data shares a JSON copy. Settings → Delete account and data deletes the cloud account and the copy on that device. You can also use the public account-deletion page if you cannot open the app. Photos are not part of the export or the deletion, because they are never uploaded.
5. Privacy and terms
The Privacy Policy and Terms of Use are available in the app under Settings, and on this website. Desk 90 is for people aged 16 and older.
